Group orders are purchases of 8 or more tickets.
Written orders can be sent by email to prodej@lvhf.cz not less than 3 weeks before the date of the concert. Such written e-orders are binding.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the LVHF sales points, by the on-line card payment or through the bank transfer with a 10-day advance invoice payment. After issuing the invoice, the concert date, number, seats and price category of the tickets and the date of the concert cannot be changed.
Tickets can be delivered as e-tickets, prepared at one of the LVHF sales points or sent it by a courier service to the expenses of the customer’s account.
Orders are settled on the date of receipt and the current availability of seating. Festival reserves the right to limit the number of tickets for group orders.
