The LVMF 2021 concerts entry rules, as of 1 July 2021

 
On July 1, the Czech government updated the rules for organizing and visiting cultural events in the Czech Republic. From the published document, we select the most important parts concerning the visitors of the LVMF 2021 concerts. We assume that the same or very similar regime will apply from 2 to 16 October 2021, thus for the duration of the LVMF.
 
Entry rules to cultural events for visitors (as of 1 July 2021)
 
Negative test entry
To enter a cultural event, it is necessary that the visitor shows a negative POC antigen test not older than 72 hours or a negative PCR test not older than 7 days. Testing is not required for children under 6 years of age. In case the testing has been performed by the employer, the visitor shows the negative test by a written statement of the employer. In case the testing has been performed in a school facility, the visitor shows the negative test by a written statement of the school facility (for children under 18 years of age, a written statement of a legal representative).
 
When it is not necessary to be tested

  • If 14 days have passed since the second dose of the EU-certified vaccine was given (BioNTech/Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen Pharmaceuticals). In this case, the visitor acquires the status of a fully vaccinated citizen, thus it is no longer required to be tested. To prove so, the covid pass or confirmation from the vaccination centre that the second vaccination has been completed, including the date of the second vaccination is required.
  • If you have had covid-19, immunity is valid for 180 days. To prove so, the confirmation of the date of the disease or an EU certificate is required.

    Up-to-date information related to the Covid-19 situation

     

    Dear festival fans,
    despite our firm belief that the Lednice-Valtice Music Festival 2021 will take place in the standard (normal) mode, we have set up this site, which will keep you informed about the state of the epidemiological situation in connection with the Covid-19 and about the Government regulations towards the cultural events organization.     Cooperation with government regulations

     

    The capacity of the venues

    On 15 March, the sale of tickets for the capacity of the venues is launched, which will enable the festival to maintain sufficient spacing between the individual seats if necessary. Additional tickets will be released for sale according to the course of the epidemiological situation. If one of the concerts is currently sold out, thank you for returning to our website regularly in the upcoming months, as it is very likely that it will be possible to increase the capacity of the venues.

     

    Testing and vaccination cards

    The festival will require a negative antigen / PCR test or a vaccination against Covid-19 certificate for the attendants only in the case of the Government regulations currently valid at the time of the festival.

     

    Tickets return possibilities

    If the Government of the Czech Republic makes the entry to cultural events conditional only with a valid vaccination or negative antigen / PCR test, it will be possible to return the purchased tickets by 31 August 2021. We believe that the regulations will be clearly set by this deadline. It will not be possible to return the tickets after this date. The festival will search for the ways to arrange the antigen testing before the concerts.

     

    Concerts cancellation or rescheduling

    In case of the concerts cancellation due to the epidemiological situation, the entrance fee will be fully refunded. In case of the concerts rescheduling, your tickets will remain valid. If you will not be able to attend the rescheduled date, it will be possible to return the tickets. It is necessary to request a fee refund in writing at prodej@lvhf.cz or return the ticket in person at the place where it was purchased (it is necessary to present the original ticket) by the date specified by the festival.
